Alicia Graham Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Nov. 26, 2023.
Alicia Ann Graham (Reynolds)

Alicia Ann Graham passed away peacefully on Tuesday October 24, 2023. She was 77 years old.

Alicia was born November 26, 1945 to the late Max and Alice (Robinson) Reynolds. She graduated from North Hills High School in Pittsburgh in 1964, where she played the bassoon and xylophone for the orchestra and marching band.

In 1969 Alicia and her husband Wayne began their life together in Pittsburgh, raising two sons, Wayne Jr. "Joey" and Jeff. Alicia enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping with her husband and sons. She maintained a garden and cared for many family dogs, throughout her married life. She shared a love of the ocean with her sisters, from their childhood, vacationing on the Jersey Shore, through adulthood, on the Outer Banks.

Always guided by her faith, Alicia served others with kindness and joy. She worked in various capacities at nursing homes in the Pittsburgh area and helped care for Mary Eckert, Wayne's Grandmother, with love and compassion, until Mary's death in 1985.

An avid participant in bible studies, Alicia found comfort in prayer and shared this with others when she saw their need. She met the challenges of life with courage and self-sacrifice through the convictions of her beliefs.

Alicia is survived by her husband Wayne Joseph Graham, her sons Wayne Joseph Graham Jr. and Jeffrey S. Graham, her sisters Shelley (Greg) Zellmer, Connie Reynolds (William Gordon), Corrine Reynolds, and many nieces, and great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister Sandy Reynolds.
