Alicia Lou Phillips, age 52, of Manitou, Oklahoma, passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at Marlow Nursing and Rehabilitation.
She was born August 4, 1973, in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, to Marilyn and Andy Miller. She grew up in Texas and California. When she was young, she was involved in numerous activities including: gymnastics, dance, soccer, and other sports. She graduated from Wills Point High School in Wills Point, Texas, in 1991. She lived in the Dallas, Texas, for several years, and moved to Frederick in 2005. Alicia had struggled most of her adult life with health issues. She lived in Manitou, Oklahoma, with her parents, who were her caregivers.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Joey Sousa.
She is survived by her parents: Andy and Marilyn Miller, of the home in Manitou; one son: Derek Andrew Phillips, also of Manitou; two daughters: Andrea Lou Miller, of Amarillo, Texas, and Ashleigh Lauren Bone and husband Sydney, of Georgia; three grandchildren: Jody, Payne, and Elisha; two nieces: Taylor and Emily; and one nephew: Dysen.
