Alison Leah Krystopa

Alison Leah Krystopa, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, passed away at Northside Gwinnett Hospital on December 27th 2024, due to complications with thymus cancer. Alison was born on February 8th 1970, in Alexandria, Virginia. Alison spent her final weeks surrounded by loved ones.
She was predeceased by her beloved mother, Alice Philbrick. She was survived by her son Dillon and her daughter Haley, along with her sister Sharon and husband Roger.
Alison was one of the strongest individuals you could have ever met. She faced everything that life threw at her with courage, and a resounding boldness. She loved her children unconditionally, was a best friend to her sister, and loved her husband with all her heart. She was a sweet and gentle soul who loved to be in the presence of her family and friends.
She was a lover of all things Christmas and loved to decorate around the holidays. Her love for all animals was undeniable and she was never without at least one pet in her 54 years of life. Her laugh and sense of humor was infectious and could brighten even the darkest of rooms. She will be dearly missed by all those who had the privilege to know and love her.
The family will receive friends on Friday, January 3rd, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Byrd & Flanigan Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, GA. A memorial service to honor and celebrate the life of Alison will be held Friday, January 3rd, 2025 at 2:00 PM in the Byrd & Flanigan Lawrenceville Chapel.770-962-2200
