Allan Hull Obituary
April 7, 1948 – July 4, 2023
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Allan Hull. He passed away peacefully on July 4, 2023, at Ridge Meadows Hospital. Allan will be lovingly remembered by his wife Joan, daughter Jennifer, son Andrew, grandchildren Tristen (Autumn), Jordan (Shelby), Kyle (Maddison), and Brady, great-grandchildren Lauralyn, Luka, Oswin and Huxley, and was predeceased by his grandson Bradley. Allan leaves behind many other family members, including siblings, in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Allan was the oldest of eight siblings and was born on April 7, 1948 in Victoria, B.C. to parents Samuel and Joyce Hull (d. 1995 and 2012). When Allan was young, they moved to Burnaby, B.C. where he grew up with brothers and sisters, Heather, Gordon (Maggie), Robert (d. 2008), Donald (Pat), Daniel (d. 2003), Carol, and Norman (Debbie). It was in Burnaby that Allan met his wife of 52 years. After Allan and Joan were married, they lived in New Westminster for a short time before moving to Port Coquitlam and starting their family. Ten years later, the family moved to Maple Ridge where they built their life and watched their family grow for the last several decades.
We will celebrate Allan's life at 2:00pm on Monday, July 24th at Ridge Church in Maple Ridge, B.C.

Dear Joan and family - we just found out today about the passing of Allan. We send our heartfelt condolences to you all. Steve has many fond memories of growing up with the family and working alongside Al doing construction. We enjoyed having you as neighbours for many years. We pray God would comfort you all.
