Allen Todd Burton of Pine City passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, May 29, 2024. Allen was born October 16, 1966, and grew up in Highland Park area of St. Paul, Minnesota.
He graduated from Highland Park High School in 1984, where he developed friendships that lasted his lifetime. He attended South Central College for home construction. Following that, he was employed at a moving company, which he loved to tell stories about. Most recently, Allen bought a home on Pokegama Lake. He loved fishing, playing harmonica with his dog, Ody, carving canes and, his favorite, riding his Harley with his friends.
Allen would give you the shirt off his back and had a wicked sense of humor. Allen was friendly and could talk to anyone anywhere he went, to the annoyance of his family at times.
Allen loved his family and friends to the moon and back. He would often leave his daughter notes, one of which stated, "just cause I love you, my daughter." Alayna was the light of his life.
Allen is survived by his mother Donna (Bubby) Lofstrom, step father Delmar Lofstrom; daughter Alayna Burton, her mother Amy Christiansen; step sister Karen DeSchepper and family; half brother Scott Nueman; many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father Melvin Burton, step brother Anthony Lofstrom.View All Photos
