Allen Gene Mudd, 73, of Milltown, Indiana died on April 8, 2024 at Harrison County Hospital in Corydon, Indiana. Gene was born on April 17, 1950 in Depauw, Indiana to the late Francis David and Mary Margaret (Moss) Mudd.
He was a former truck driver. He appeared on the WHAS T-Bar-V Ranch Time Television Show in Louisville, Kentucky, when he was a child. He enjoyed coon hunting, raising cattle, truck pulls, and shooting pool.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, David Martin Mudd.
He is survived by his son, John D. Mudd of Depauw, Indiana; daughters, Debra Denbo (Brian) of New Salisbury, Indiana and Alice Wadsack of Depauw, Indiana; brothers, Donald Mud of Marengo, Indiana, James Michael Mudd of Depauw, Indiana, and Randy Mudd of Cross Timbers, Missouri; and grandchildren, Kyle Mudd, Harmony Mudd, David Mudd, Kameryn Denbo, and Eric Owen Barnes.
Funeral services will be on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana. Interment will follow in the Milltown Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 after 11:00 am until time of the service at 1:00 p.m., all at the funeral home.
Pastor Sam Bockting will officiate the service.
If anyone would like to say something at the funeral service, please feel free to write it down and hand it to the minister.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with the cost of the funeral expenses, and/or to WHAS Crusade for Children.
