Allen Sharond Morris

Sharond Denise Morris-Allen passed away peacefully on November 1, 2025, in Hampton, Virginia, at the age of 72.

Born on January 11, 1953, in Los Angeles, California, Sharond was a beacon of love and joy to all who knew her. She spent many dedicated years working in medical billing at a small local practice, where her attention to detail and commitment to her work were truly appreciated. After a fulfilling career, she retired to enjoy pursuits that brought her happiness and tranquility.

Sharond found immense joy in nature, tending to her beautiful garden with great care and passion. Her garden was a sanctuary, filled with vibrant flowers and the fluttering wings of butterflies, which she adored. An elephant enthusiast, she treasured anything related to these magnificent creatures, drawing strength and inspiration from their gentle yet powerful nature.

A woman of simple pleasures, Sharond loved testing her luck at bingo games and the lottery, finding delight in every number drawn. But above all, she cherished her family deeply, surrounding them with warmth and unwavering support. Her home was always open, filled with laughter and love.

Preceded in death by her late husband Robert Allen and her parents, Betty and Robert Adam's, and family, Diane Adams, Robbie Adams & Keith Adams. She is survived by her beloved children Reginald Morris Jr. and Dyani Hampton, her grandchildren; Avari Nowery, Rhyliee Morris, Sariyah Wilson, siblings; Carolyn Miffin, Lena Garr, Diane Adams, Keith Adams, Robbie Adams, Charles Adams, Brigitte Adams (Mosetanola Akala), her best friends Arlean Burton and Mary Knight, her 6 nieces, 13 nephews, and numerous other friends and family members.

The family extends their heartfelt thanks to everyone for their love and support during this difficult time. Sharond's spirit will live on in the hearts of those she touched, a testament to a life well-lived and a soul that inspired many.
