Dear Gary, Van, and Wayne, and families. Allene was a cousin and my bus driver for both my brother Carl and I. She was a sweet lady that had her hands full with the Studley children who many were related to her and Irvin. She was a testimony to the Lord and battled sickness, loss of a son, and a husband. She is whole again and with Irvin and Michael. Just know that one day we all will be with her and our loved ones again and it will be a happy time.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

Gary and Judy: Allene was a kind and gracious lady. She volunteered many hours as treasurer and in many other roles at Shalom. She was a jewel. Our prayers are with you in the days ahead. Love, Ron and Faye Nicholls

Van and Dana,
Sorry to hear about your loss. I will keep you in my prayers. I was Belinda Vanlandingham when I babysat for Shawna Bonna and Chase. Still remember the cuties and could never forget them. God be with you in your time of sorrow.

To the family: As you grieve of sadness may the "hearer of prayer" help you to endure this time of sorrow and grant you peace. My deepest condolences. (Psalms 65:2)

Perhaps they are not the stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy ~
I am so very sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

I worked with your mother for 20 years at Hanover County in the Transportation Dept. I was the trainer. Knowing and working with Mrs. Kirby was an honor and privilege. She was always so professional, but most of all she was so very kind. I will remember her beautiful smile forever. I know she will be sorely missed and my prayers will be with you constantly.

What a wonderful lady your mother was. I worked with her when she drove a bus and she always had a kind word to say and a smile on her face. My thoughts and prayers go out and may the good memories help you through the rough times.

Dear Family,
A bright light and a wonderful lady has left this world! Her smile and beautiful singing voice were such a blessing and we treasure our years of friendship with her and Irvin! I'll never forget the time he told me to help myself to some collards and then told me it looked like a herd of cows had been through the garden! Our love and prayers go up to the God of all comfort for each of you.

Dear Gary, Van and Wayne,
Carolyn and I were very disappointed to learn of your Mother's passing and are sorry that we cannot be there to express our respect. Your Mom and Dad helped to make us feel a part of the Studley community when we moved there in 1985 and aided us in many ways.
Please know that our thoughts are with you.
Carolyn and Charlie Horner
