Alma Ward Brock Staten age 99 of New Blaine, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2025 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born June 9, 1926 in Chickalah, Arkansas to the late James Rufus Ward and Sinie Elizabeth Todd Ward. She attended Dardanelle High School and was a member of the Church of Christ. She retired from housekeeping at Dardanelle Hospital. Alma was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 48 years, Lendell Brock; her husband of 27 years, Luster Staten; son-in-law, Don Parker; six brothers; two sisters and many nieces and nephews.

Survivors include her daughters, Charlotte Parker of New Blaine, Arkansas, Sheila Bentley and husband Joe of Fort Smith, Arkansas; grandchildren, Scott Parker of Angleton, Texas, Marla Blaschke and husband Randy of Subiaco, Arkansas, Kelly Parker and wife Crystal of Paris, Arkansas, Joey Bentley of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Hanna Bentley of Fort Smith, Arkansas; great grandchildren, Kelsi Blaschke Riley and husband Jordan of Beebe, Arkansas, Sara Blaschke Haley and husband Andrew of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Brock Parker of Angleton, Texas, Brady Parker of Angleton, Texas and great great grandchildren, Drew Riley of Beebe, Arkansas and Parker Haley of Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Visitation will be held Friday, September 19, 2025, 10:00A.M. to 11:00A.M. at the Church of Christ in New Blaine. Funeral services will be held at 11:00A.M. Friday at the church following visitation. Burial will be in Elizabeth Hall Cemetery in New Blaine.

Pallbearers will be Joe Bentley, Joey Bentley, Scott Parker, Kelly Parker, Randy Blaschke and Richard Davis.
