Alfonso Washington, Jr. was born in Bronx, New York to Willamae Verner and Alfonso Washington, Sr. on December 20th, 1944. Alfonso attended school in Summerville, South Carolina. He served in the United States Army and had several opportunities throughout his working career with various job skills.
Alfonso will be missed greatly and leaves to mourn his life his two children, Alfonso Washington and Nicole Lanier, 18 grandchildren; Shane`e, Andrew, Tyler, Jaffe, Jayden, Julia, Shaguon, Shakur, Alphonso, Amir, Journey, Charles, Juwaan, Alfonso IV, Charlysse, Chaz, Alajah, Brittany, 25 great-grandchildren, a daughter-in-law Jerrell, a granddaughter-in-law Latoya, 3 sisters; Sandy, Yvette, and Barbara and three best friends; Charlie, Herbie and Burt, along with a host of other family members and friends.
From the Family, you may be gone but never forgotten. You will always be in our hearts, mind, and soul. We love you, Daddy.
