Alta Jane "Thomas" Boyter

McNeil was my bishop for 4 years well attending BYU. He was like a father figure to me. Alta was also such a supportive and loving person. We have corresponded each Christmas for many years. I was getting ready to send her my Christmas letter this year and felt impressed to check and see if she had already been released from this life. Her obituary was beautifully written and so inspiring. I look forward to seeing both of them again someday. I lost my husband, Scott, almost 3 years ago to the same illness that took Mac Neil. I so look forward to being reunited with him in the future. I can only imagine the beautiful reunion that Alta had with her eternal companion! Sending love and sympathy to your family.
