Alta Charlotte Stabile

Age 78, of Mt. Lebanon, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 6, 2025. She was born September 7, 1946, to Elmer and Ruby Flack Knopsnider. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by a sister and brother-in-law, Janet and Robert Rhodes; a brother-in-law, Earl Hoover; and a sister-in-law, Jean Knopsnider. She leaves behind her loving husband, David; a sister, Reva Hoover of Nevillewood; a sister and brother-in-law Barbara and Thomas Brado of Gettysburg; a brother, Loye Knopsnider of Ravenna, OH; a sister-in-law, Joan Stabile Halen of New Bern, NC; beloved nieces and nephews, godchildren, cousins, and treasured friends. Funeral arrangements by BEINHAUERS. Family will receive friends at 2630 West Liberty Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15216. Friday September 12, 2025, from 6:00-8:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10:00am in St. Bernard Church-St Michael the Archangel Parish. Interment following at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
