Born in San Francisco, Dominican Republic, she was a loving home maker.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Agustin Portuhondo, parents Maria Vargaz and Florencio Cruz, and sons Oscar and Pedro Pablo.
She is survived by sons, Gustavo, Jose Agustin, Danny, Juan Luis, daughters, Ramona, Ana Silvia, Griselda, Alejandrina, Eudocia, and Belkis, 33 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren.
We will begin to leave on Saturday, October 21, 2023, from the Gustav J. Novak Funeral Home 419 Barclay Street, for a Funeral Mass at 10 am at Our Lady of Fatima R.C Church. Burial will be at Alpine Cemetery.
Visiting is on Friday, October 20, 2023, from 5 to 9 pm.
