Amanda Rae Freeman, a beloved wife, mother, and dedicated nurse, passed away on November 12, 2024. Born on March 14, 1980, Amanda lived a life filled with love, joy, and compassion. Amanda's love story with her husband Anthony was one of true connection. From the moment they first met, Anthony was captivated by her, and they spent five wonderful years together, including three years of marriage. Their relationship was characterized by shared moments of joy, including their mutual love for enjoying crawfish together during the season. As a nurse, Amanda was exceptional in her profession, consistently demonstrating care and empathy. Her commitment to healing extended beyond her professional life, as she was known for treating her family with incredible love and dedication. A devoted mother, Amanda was deeply involved in her children's lives, providing them with unwavering support and creating lasting memories. She cherished family time and loved taking mini vacations and cruises whenever possible, embracing life's adventures with enthusiasm and warmth. Amanda is Proceeded in death by her maternal grandmother Helen Quinn, paternal grandfather Roy Love, father Dwight Patterson Sr, paternal grandfather Edward Patterson, paternal grandmother Donna Adams. She is survived by her husband Anthony Freeman, son Triston Scherer, daughter Shelbie Scherer, son Gage Lapointe, daughter Brianna Crain, daughter Jade Freeman. Amanda will be remembered for her joyful spirit, her nurturing nature, and the profound love she had for her family. Her legacy of compassion and care will continue to inspire those who knew her.
