Amarjeet (Reena) Kaur Aurora, a longtime resident of Stamford, CT passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, July 25, 2025. Passing at the age of 56, Amarjeet was born in Delhi, India on November 15, 1968.
From her youngest years to her last fighting breath, Reena was a survivor. She always had a beautiful gift of turning life's sorrows into beauty and grace. She taught us humility, connection with God and the beauty of creativity and maintaining high spirits (chardi-kala) throughout life. Her magnetic and gorgeous spirit is hard to put into words but clear to anyone whose life she touched. Her peaceful aura and beautiful smile will be greatly missed, but never forgotten.
Reena is survived by her devoted husband Ravinder (Ravi), their cherished children, Raveena and Ravtegh, and is also survived by her mother, Rupinder Kaur, along with her siblings Bobby and Simi, and several beautiful nieces and nephews.
Reena was predeceased by her father Atma Singh and her brother Vicky.
The Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & crematory is honored to assist the Aurora family with the funeral arrangements,
