Amelia Claire Sheffer, age18 of Berea, KY went home to be with the Lord on August 3rd, 2025. Amelia worked at her family business, Morgan's Discount, where she held the title of CEO. She loved music that was way too loud. She was always willing to help others and was a friend to all living things, especially animals and children. Amelia had a spirit and a fire that would fill any room, especially with her big smile and her blue eyes. Amelia was a member of the Berea Church of God. Above all, Amelia's greatest love was for her family and for Christ.

She was preceded in death by both of her grandfather's Alan Sheffer and James Morgan, and her grandmother Vicki Lynn Sheffer.

Amelia is survived by her parents Elizabeth and John Rowland, and Benji (Regina) Sheffer. Her siblings Amber (Tres) McIntosh, Abby (Kirby) Sheffer, Morgan (Barry) Manley, and Houston (Izzy) Sheffer. Her grandmothers Juanita Morgan and Laura Sheffer. Her Aunts and Uncles Jennifer Webb and Curtis Willis, Dawn (Corey) Hedgepath, Shawn Sheffer, and Justin Sheffer. Her cousins Adriannah, Ayden, Delaney, and Kailan. Her nephew Dallas and her best friend Maycee Lee.

Visitation will be Wednesday, August 6th, 2025, from 5-8 PM at Davis & Powell Funeral Home. Funeral services on Thursday, August 7th, 2025, at 1:00PM with Rev. Stephen Hobbs officiating also at the Funeral Home. Services may be viewed on livestream at www.davisandpowellfuneralhome.com.

Pallbearers will be Matt Dees, Stevi Wood, Tres Mcintosh, Coby Chasteen, Austin Scholes, and Ayden Kennedy Willis. Honorary pallbearers will be Lydia Rigsby, Tim Hobbs, Bill Sexton, JD Hammond, Lonnie Sams, and Orville Webb.

Burial will follow at Berea Cemetery.

In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Amelia's name with FRYSC Donation in the memo to Madison County Board of Education 301 Highland Park Drive Richmond, KY 40475
