Amparo Tagle

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Amparo C Tagle on December 9, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Amparo was born on September 2, 1932, in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, and she grew up in the Rio Grande Valley in Texas. She was a devoted wife to Juan E Tagle for 54 years, raising their six children with lots of love, patience, compassion, and the teachings of the Lord. Amparo is preceded in death by her beloved husband Juan E. Tagle, her parents Francico and Elena De La Cruz, several brothers Ignacio, Raul, and Roberto, and sisters Catalina (deceased at 2 years old) Francis Miller (Albert), Sofia Rivera (Tony) and Carmen Cooper (Charles-Chuck), Nieces Peggy Miller, Susie De Leon, Nephew Albert Miller Jr. Amparo is survived by her six children, daughter and caregiver Rosemary and her husband, Carlos Avila, Juan E Tagle Jr, Sylvia Thompson, Javier Tagle, Cynthia Hall, son Jaime and daughter-in-law Andrea Tagle. Amparo is also survived by her loving siblings, as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will always cherish the memories they shared. Amparo's legacy will live through the love and lessons she imparted to those closest to her. Throughout Amparo's life, she touched the hearts of many with warmth and kindness. Amparo loved the Lord with all her heart, and He is where she found her strength. Throughout her career as a Nursing Aid, and Private Duty Nurse, she found ways to show simple acts of kindness. Amparo was a very wise woman and made a lasting impact on everyone she met. Amparo was known for her dedication to her family and friends. May she rest in peace with our Lord.
