Amy was preceded in death by her father Joey Stewart.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 18 years Cody Buchanan; daughters Madison Buchanan, Kyra Buchanan and Lainey Buchanan; sons Levi Buchanan and Elijah Buchanan; mother Gina Stewart; step father Boyd Stewart; brothers Jason Stewart (Jacquelyn), Stephen Stewart (Ami), John Stewart (Tabitha), Jacob Stewart (Erin), David Stewart (Brooke), Seth Stewart, Samuel Stewart (Paris), Ben Stewart, Isaac Stewart and Wade Stewart; sisters Stacie Rogers, Tina Robinson (Nathan), Sherry Phillips (Scotty), Sandra Buchanan, Renee Cantrell and Angela Hannel (Bert) and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service for Amy Buchanan will be held on Friday, July 25, 2025 at 4:00 P.M. at the Chapel of Webb Funeral Home in Spruce Pine, NC with Rev. Stephen Stewart officiating.
