Kara, sending you strength today and peace in all the difficult days ahead. Those who live in our memories are never truly gone, and boy, do I have great memories of your Mom.

I met your Mom on the first day of first grade at Mary Phillips School and we never looked back. We shared school lunches, crushes, love of Rollerskating and volleyball at Battel Park. We rode our used Sting Ray bicycles EVERYWHERE. All things were possible if you had a bike in the 70´s. Later, we shared vacations, our first driving experiences including cruising´ 20. We shared our first beers together which included stealing Nancy´s Barnaby´s Mug Club Card and fighting over corner pieces at Barnabys, our favorite pizza place. We even had a joint High School Graduation Party. We were always together celebrating all the significant events: weddings, Baby Shower, Your Birth and Birthdays when you were little.
Your Mom was the kindest, most gentle person I have ever known. She loved you so much. You were her World.
Sending you a very strong hug to let you know you are in my heart and thoughts. Rachel Means

Amy was a joy to work along side. She was always smiling. She will be missed by me and many others within our Martins family.

IT WAS MY PRIVILEGE TO WORK WITH AMY!!! I LOVED WORKING WITH HER.MY HEART IS BROKEN IN HER PASSING. I AM STILL IN SHOCK. EVERYTHING ABOUT AMY WAS PRECIOUS. NEVER AN UNKIND WORD ABOUT ANYONE. I FELT VERY CLOSE HER HER IN ASSISTING HER IN KITCHEN FRESH DEPARTMENT. MY JOY IS IN HAVING KNOWN AMY FOR THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS!! MY PRAYERS OF COMFORT AND PEACE TO KARA AND THE REST OF THE FAMILY! THE LORD STRENGTHEN YOU AND FILL YOU WITH HIS PRESENCE IN THIS TIME OF LOSS.
