My deepest condolences, and prayers for her family and loved ones. I only knew Amy professionally, she was my physician, and a truly wonderful one at that. I just wanted to share that she really inspired the change in my life that I will always be thankful for. My first appointment, I came in with a lot of health problems and she opened my eyes to how bad off I really was... But today I stand here with almost all of those problems gone. I had struggled my entire life with weight, but with her guidance I lost over 180 lbs! She definitely had a positive impact on my life and I will always be grateful for the help and tools she gave me to better myself. Again my deepest condolences and your family are in my prayers

Prayers to you and your family. I talked to Amy last Fall when seeking staff for a new counseling office that I have joined. She shared info on her melanoma. I remember her vivacious personality and how much she cared for her patients when I visited CIM to provide tobacco cessation classes. It was heartbreaking to see her obituary today! She will be very missed. HUGS....call if you need an ear.

Beth: My sincerest sympathies to you for the loss of your beautiful daughter. I don't believe I ever had the pleasure of meeting her, but even tho our working relationship ended over 23 years ago I still remember the twinkle in your eyes when you spoke of her. Having you as her mother, I must believe she was also a wonderful person. I also remember when we worked together in the past, you once told me you prayed for me, last night I prayed for you. May God continue to bless you and your family as you deal with this tragic loss. I have some health issues that restrict my mobility, but I hope to attend the service. If I am unable to make it, let me leave you with this wish, "may the best of your past be the worst of your future."
