Al principios de los 80's en el Rancho Tanama conocio a su esposa Maria Elia Aguilar Chacon. Dandole comienzo a la historia "yo soy aquel" de quien enviudo en el 2011.
Tacho fue un gran padre y el mejor abuelo que con carino y admiracion se gano el titulo de Papi Tacho. Le encantaba disfrutar con su familia y cuidar de su yarda. Un Chivista de corazon.
