Anastasia dedicated many years of her life to caring for others as a Licensed Practical Nurse in home health care. Her compassion and nurturing spirit extended far beyond her profession-family was truly at the center of her world. She cherished every opportunity to spend time with her loved ones and took immense joy in watching her 18 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren grow.
Whether enjoying days at the beach, finding treasures at thrift stores, or setting off on family adventures near and far-from trips to the local diner to journeys abroad to Prague-Anastasia lived life with energy, laughter, and love. She never missed a family celebration, attending graduations, weddings, and baby showers with pride and enthusiasm.
Anastasia's strong faith was a guiding light throughout her life. She faced every joy and hardship with grace, gratitude, and an unwavering trust in God's plan.
Anastasia was predeceased by her beloved children, Cynthia and Ralph, and by her six siblings: Richard, William, Joseph, Albert, Marion, and Mary Jane "Ginger."
She is survived by her devoted husband of 43 years, John; her children Anastasia (Michael-deceased), Kimberly (Lawrence), Michael(Janet), her daughter-in-law Ann, stepchildren; Kenneth, Jerome, Leonard, Beverly and her large, loving family who will carry her faith, laughter, and love in their hearts forever.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Dooley Colonial Home, 556 Westfield Ave., Westfield, NJ 07090. The Funeral Service will take place on Friday, October 17, 2025, at 9:45AM AM in the Chapel at Westfield Presbyterian Church, 140 Mountain Ave., Westfield, NJ 07090 (please use the Parish House entrance on Mountain Ave.). Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Anastasia's name to Shriners Children's Hospital.
