In addition to his wife Helga, he is survived by his daughter, Sibylle Moore; his sister, Karen Jean Cotton McDaniel; his brothers, Alphonso Cornell "Bo" Cotton III, Anthony Stuart "Tony" Bledsoe, and Kerwin Allen "Scott" Bledsoe; and their spouses; his grandchildren KeeShawn Meiser, RayShawn Meiser, DeVorice Moore and Alecia Moore; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, September 6th, 2025 at Clark Legacy Center, 3000 Versailles Rd in Frankfort KY 40601 with Fred Sewell officiating. Flowers and cards may be sent to the Clark Legacy Center.

Scott and I would like to say we love and miss you. We have enjoyed all the time that we got to spend with you although it wasn't enough. Just really glad we got to see you on Friday night 8/22/25. You were in a really good mood, telling jokes just being the Andy that we knew and loved. We wished we had more time with you but we cherish the memories that we have.
