Andre McKelivin Richard

Andre' McKelvin Richard a loving son, brother, uncle, Godfather, cousin and friend was born to his father, Virgil Richard and loving mother, Dorothy Ann Richard on August 4, 1983, in Kinder, Louisiana.
As a native of Kinder, Louisiana, and a Kinder High School graduate, he relocated and resided in New Orleans, Louisiana, for the past eight years.
Andre' was baptized at an early age at St. John Baptist Church and later attended CPWC under the leadership of Pastor Rudell Kirklin.
Growing up in the small town of Kinder, there were not a lot of activities to be involved in, so Andre' and his brothers were always playing outside. By being outdoors, Andre' always helped his dad to repair vehicles and it eventually became an interest to him. While sharing these precious quality moments with his dad throughout the years, he learned and inherited this special trade to repair automobiles. He used his knowledge throughout his life and his talent always shined when he completed the task at hand. He also had a passion for writing poems and drawing, but most of all... cooking. He portrayed his skills at a few local locations like Sonic, Faustos, Waffle Shop and the Coushatta Casino.
Andre' leaves to cherish his memories, his loving Mother, Dorothy Richard; two brothers, Reginald Ben Richard and Anthony Keith Richard (April); two nieces, Asia LaRae (goddaughter) and NaKira Elyse Richard; Godfather Lionel Richard; Godmother, Lisa Delafousse, all of Kinder, Louisiana; two daughters, Andre Nicole Richard of Lake Charles, Louisiana and Angelina Richars of South Carolina; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Andre' was preceded in death by his father, Ben Virgil Richard, his paternal grandparents Bend and Edna Richard and his maternal grandparents Jospeh and Viola Fuselier.
