Andrea Jeanette Sutton

Andrea Jeanette Sutton, 62, passed away on November 10, 2025. Andrea was born on January 12,1963, to Douglas and Sandra Wood in Independence, MO. She is preceded in death by her father Douglas Wood and brother Timothy Wood. She is survived by her mother; Sandra Howerton, her brother; David Wood, daughters; Karrah and Ariel Humphrey, and Rachel Rhue, her grandchildren; Sean and Timothy Horch and Jack and Zoey Williams. Andrea was an amazing and loving mother. Her favorite job was being a mother and grandmother. She was a very witty, funny, and caring person. As well as an academic scholar in psychology who ended up pursuing two master’s degrees. She recently retired from the Federal Drug Administration as a Biostatistician, and she taught statistics on the side at the University of Arkansas Little Rock. She had a true Passion for learning and teaching others. She will be deeply missed by many.
