Growing up, Andrew was a member of the Boy Scouts of America (Troop 84) earning the rank of Eagle Scout on April 4 th, 1982. Following High School, Andrew joined the United States Air Force where he spent four years in active service and two years in the reserves. Andrew was an avid reader and enjoyed reading works by Clay Jenkinson, Tom Clancy, and Brad Thor. He was a gentle, generous, and kind man. Growing up, he would constantly bring home stray dogs to care for. He loved making his children laugh and could always impress people with his SpongeBob Square Pants impressions.
