Andres Pasos Bernardez

Andres Pasos Bernardez of New Milford was 84 years old when he passed away Monday, January 2nd. Born in Bucay, Abra, Philippines, Andres immigrated to the United States in 2007. He was the youngest of 10 children. Andres attended FEATI University in Manila, Philippines and worked as a Tax Agent for the Bureau of Internal Revenue for many years in Quezon City before retiring. He was a very quiet family man, and his greatest joy was to spend time with his grandchildren.
Andres was the beloved husband of Lourdes Bernardez and the loving father of Aileenette Cacdac and her husband Danilo, Auggene Bacani and her husband Joselito, and Aubrey Cepeda and her husband Jomar. He is survived by his cherished grandchildren: Dane, Dee, Jonas, Jinelle, Justin and Jacob.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours at the Boulevard Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1151 River Road, New Milford on Wednesday from 5 pm to 9 pm. The following morning, Thursday, a Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 am in the Church of the Ascension, New Milford. Cremation will be private.
