Robert C. Pinsdorf

Robert "Bob" C. Pinsdorf of New Milford was 69 years old when he passed away on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026. He was the son of the late Bernard and Helen Pinsdorf. Born in Hackensack, Bob was raised in Ridgefield Park and would later spend most of his life in Bogota before settling in New Milford 7 years ago. As a young man, he raced dirt bikes and enjoyed working out. He was an avid New York Mets fan as well as a Star Trek scholar. Bob was a follower of Christ and a longtime member of the Maranatha Church of the Nazarene in Paramus.
Bob is survived by his loving wife of 47 years Janet L. (nee Marraffini) Pinsdorf, his loving daughter Stephanie Swanzey and her husband Brian, as well as his devoted sister Helain Capote and her husband Juan. Bob is the cherished uncle of Dee, Aaron, Jordan, Zakary, Carly, Valerie, and Victor. He was predeceased by his sister Virginia Turi. Bob will also be survived by his faithful dog Louie.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours at the Boulevard Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1151 River Road, New Milford on Sunday, March 8th from 2 pm to 5 pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home beginning at 4:30 pm.
