Andrew Bernard Bauer, Jr.

Andrew Bernard Bauer Jr, (you probably knew him as "Bernie") who entered eternal life on Saturday, September 22, 2018. His spirit is carried on by his wife, 2 daughters, 5 grandchildren, an extended family and friends from every walk of life. We were blessed to learn many valuable lessons from Bernie during his 76 years, among them: He was always right. In his lifetime, Bernie never met a stranger. Those who've taken his lessons to heart will continue to share a story and a smile. Bernie built a 50 year career in the insurance business (Pulaski County Farm Bureau). He cared deeply for his customers always having their best interest at heart. He is survived by his wife Judy; daughter's DeAnna Eben (husband Richard, children, Jesse, Nikki, Micah, and Andrew) and Carol Rogers (son Derek); and friends and family too numerous to list but not forgotten. Bernie was preceded in death by his mother (Lillie Mae); father (Andrew) and sister (Pat). Family will have a visitation Tuesday, October 2, 2018 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Brantley Funeral Home, 6875 Cockrum St. Olive Branch, MS 38654 with a reception to follow. Burial will be at West Tennessee Veteran's Cemetery, 4000 Forest Hill Irene Rd. Memphis, TN at 2:00 pm.
