Andrew "Andy" Berdar

Andrew "Andy" Berdar, 51, of New Salem, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. He was the beloved son of Kathy Berdar and the late Andrew Berdar.

Andy was a devoted and loving father. He was incredibly proud of his two sons, Andrew and Daniel Berdar, who were the greatest joys of his life and their mother, Casey Berdar. He is also lovingly remembered by his sister, Angie, and her husband, Ryan Titcombe, of Boyds, Maryland, as well as nieces and nephew, Allison, Madison, and Brody. Andy was blessed with many lifelong friends, whom he loved like brothers and treasured deeply.

Andy lived life with passion, especially when it came to sports. A true and devoted fan, he could often be found cheering on his beloved Pittsburgh teams. His pride in his Uniontown roots ran deep, and he often spoke fondly of his time at Uniontown High School, where he proudly served as the school mascot and played on the football team.

Professionally, Andy was known for his strong work ethic and dedication, excelling as a project manager for several companies. His work often required him to travel, which he loved being on the road traveling to new places, discovering local restaurants, and attending sporting events.

Andy's heart was as big as his personality. He was truly one of a kind, and his love, laughter, and unwavering devotion to his family and friends will live on forever.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME, 80 Morgantown St., Uniontown, PA where family and friends will be received on Friday, February 13, 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturday, February 14, 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM when a blessing service will be held at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Salem View Cemetery, New Salem, PA
