Puente & Sons Funeral Chapels - SouthAndrew "Andy" Brigance, 45, of San Antonio, Texas, passed away on Saturday,
December 6, 2025. Andy grew up in San Antonio and graduated from The Winston
School before proudly serving in the U.S. Navy from 2004 to 2008 aboard the USS
Harry S. Truman. His time in the Navy meant the world to him, and the friendships he
made there lasted a lifetime. Andy loved a good prank and went all out decorating for Halloween. He enjoyed camping, fishing, and always had a B-list horror movie recommendation at the ready.
He was generous and loved making people laugh.
Andy is survived by his parents, Barbara and Mark; his brother, Charlie; his sister,
Lauren; and beloved dog, Sophia.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 15th, at 2:00 PM at Fort Sam
Houston Cemetery, Shelter #1. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the
Wounded Warriors Project or Heart of Texas Lab Rescue in Andy's honor.
