Andrew Duncan

Andrew John Duncan, Jr., 84, of Savannah, GA, and Waleska, GA, passed away on Monday morning, May 1, 2023, with his family at his side.
Andrew, known as "Jack" to his family, was born June 6, 1938, and raised in Savannah. He was the eldest son of Andrew Duncan and Mildred Cody (Duncan) Lucree. Throughout his life, he led a successful career in sales throughout the United States and eventually settled back in Georgia near family. He chose his final home in Lake Arrowhead in Waleska, GA, in order to spend more time with his children and grandchildren. He had a passion and talent for the game of golf, and he was well known in his community for his friendly nature and ability to make others laugh. He was a member of Lake Arrowhead Church, and his faith in God was above all else to him.
Andrew is survived by his children Duncan Yob, Merrill Adcock (Reed), Andrew Duncan III (Brittany), and Ryan Duncan (Alison), and he was preceded in death by his daughter Leigh Ann Scott. In addition to his children, he is survived by family and friends who loved him including his brother Arthur Duncan (Jeannette); sister Millie McCrae (Freddie); Karen Duncan; grandchildren Joshua, Jillian, Bryn, TJ, Jacob, Piper, Bethany, Hannah, Joshua, Avery, and Jonah; four great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; the congregation of Lake Arrowhead Church; and countless others whom he touched with his welcoming personality during his life.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Thursday, May 4, 2023, at Lake Arrowhead Church in Waleska, GA.
A time of viewing and visitation will be held at 10:00am until 11:00am on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at Fox and Weeks Funeral Home at 4605 US-80, Savannah, GA 31410.
A graveside service will be will be held at 12:30 pm on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at Bonaventure Cemetery in Savannah, GA.
