Andrew Anthony Dzurek Jr.

Andrew "Drew" Dzurek, 67, of Crafton Heights passed peacefully and surrounded by loving family on October 21st, 2025. Born September 21st, 1958 to the late Andrew and Jean Dzurek. Devoted husband to Kimberly Dzurek, cherished dad to Mandy (Zack) and Andrew III, and pap-paw to his biggest fan, Allen. Adored brother of Nancy (Dan) Worst, David (Kris), Rick, Linda (Keith) Ponegalek, and Lorrie (Frank) Maiolo. Beloved good friend to many.
Drew was an electrician, but ask anyone and they'd tell you he truly could do and figure out anything. He'd do anything for anyone, and many times did. There are countless antics and memories that his family, friends and coworkers could share about Drew, and they'd never come up short for something positive to say about his character and impact on their lives. Drew is a central part of many cherished moments and memories of all those who loved him. No fishing trip, card game, cold beer, walk in the woods or get together will be the same without him.
The family extends their sincerest and deepest gratitude to the doctors, surgeons, nurses, and staff at UPMC Mercy Hospital for the care, compassion, and empathy showed to them and to Drew.
A celebration of life for remembering and reminiscing will be planned for and announced at an upcoming date.
