Andrew Foulk Obituary

A man who kept to himself, Andrew spent his days tinkering around his home and shop. He enjoyed hanging out with his close friends.
Andrew's private soul will be missed by his parents, Earl and Kathleen of Ashville; his half-brother, Walter Kinne of Texas; his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Jonathan, and Jordan of Texas; and his great-niece, Lillianna of Texas.
Andrew was preceded in death by his grandparents.
No public visitation or viewing will be observed. A memorial celebration will be held on Andrew's birthday, September 3, at Panama Methodist. Further details will follow.
The family kindly declines flowers. Memorials in Andrew's name may be made to the Chautauqua County Humane Society, 2825 Strunk Road, Jamestown, NY 14701.
