Andrew G. Mann

Andrew George Mann of Boca Raton, FL. passed away on January 27, 2022. Andy was born in Abington, PA, on May 8, 1972, and was raised in Gwynedd Valley, PA. He was the son of Joseph and Trudy Mann of Gwynedd Valley, PA. Andy was a graduate of Germantown Academy 1990. He was a member of their Inter-Ac Champion Lacrosse Team and also wrestled and played golf for the Academy. He was athletic and very creative. Andy was a member of the Sigma Mu Sigma Fraternity at Lynchburg College in Virginia and transferred to Florida Atlantic University where he earned a degree in Ocean Engineering. He was a project manager in construction in Florida. His fascination with scuba diving and love of the ocean led to his choice of Ocean Engineering. He was an avid golfer, boater, and fisherman. He got a hole in one on a par 4 hole at the Southwind Golf Course in Florida. Andy is survived by his mother, Trudy Mann, his brothers, Robert (Joanne), David, and Christopher (Jennifer), and his nieces and nephews, Cori (Dennis) Wiley, Steven (Kiersten) Mann, Michelina (Jason) Kraus, Connor and Madison Mann. Also a great niece and nephew, Josephine and Danny Wiley. Relatives and friends are invited to share in Andy's Life Celebration, Saturday, March 19, 2022 starting 9:30 AM followed by his memorial service 11:00 AM at Craft/Givnish of Abington, 1801 Old York (at Old Welsh Rd.) Abington PA 19001. Interment private. In lieu of flowers memorialcontributions in Andy's memory to Abington Presbyterian Church 1082 Old York Rd, Abington, PA 19001 would be appreciated by his family.
