Andrew Martin Hale, age 57, of Seaford, Delaware, passed away October 31st, 2022. Through his sudden bout of sickness, his contagious spirit and humor did not fade.
Andrew (Marty) Hale was born September 30th, 1965, in Salisbury, Maryland. He attended and graduated from Woodbridge High School in 1984. He went on to be in the Millwright business for the remainder of his life.
Marty is survived by his parents, Andrew and Bonnie Hale of Greenwood, De along with his sister Lynn (Fred) Oberholtzer. He is also survived by his former wife, Angela Diamond, and their children Victoria Hale and Sara (Brendon) Boone along with his stepdaughter Amanda (Trey) Jackson. He is survived by his dearly loved grandchildren Khyien and Brooks.
He owned and operated Hales Millwright Service since 2016, his work and customers were his pride and joy. His passions included racecars and being at the dirt track with his beloved friend Trent Vanvorst. He enjoyed being outdoors and camping with his family and the special person in his life, Brenda Pinder Williams. He spent any free moment he had with his children and grandchildren who were his whole world.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at 7:00 PM, at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Hardesty Chapel, 202 Laws Street, Bridgeville, DE, where friends may visit beginning at 6:00 PM. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions towards his medical expenses or to the American Cancer Society, www.donate3.cancer.org/.
