Andrew Herr Obituary

Published by Legacy on Oct. 17, 2025.
Andrew Michael Herr, 44, of Springfield, MO left this earth on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. He was born on Monday, August 17, 1981 in St. Petersburg, FL to Stan and Kathleen Herr.
Andrew was a devoted husband to his wife Connie and a loving father to his son David and daughter Hattie. Everything he did in life was to help care and provide for his family. Andrew was a complex man with a big heart. He never stopped learning. He never stopped doing. HE NEVER STOPPED. Andrew had many hobbies including reading, music, cars, hiking, antiques, history, gardening and so much more. He was passionate and loved a challenge. With his thirst for knowledge, these things fueled him in his job as a paralegal for the Greene County Prosecuting Attorney. Andrew loved his job, serving his community and spending time with friends and family. He made those around him feel like they mattered, from victims to coworkers. Andrew was a remarkable man with a brilliant mind. All who knew him will never forget him and we were blessed to have him in our lives.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Abram and Alverta Herr and David and Theresa Boyer.
Andrew is survived by his wife of 18 years Connie, two children David and Hattie, his parents Stan and Kathleen, two brothers Darren and Jonathan, one sister Bethany Schultz, one brother-in-law Curtis Schultz, one niece and two nephews.
A memorial service will be held from 2-5 PM on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at the Christ Community Church, 4224 S. Farm Rd. 115, Brookline, MO 65619. Online condolences may be made at www.klingnerfuneralhome.com
