Andrew E. Olson, age 38, of Kettering, passed away July 9, 2024. He was born September 27, 1985 in Columbus, Ohio. Andrew was preceded in death by his father, Douglas Olson; mother, Cheri Filmore; uncle, Dave Olson; and grandparents: Rose and Wayne A. Olson.
Andrew is survived by brothers: Timothy Olson (Jessica), Wayne D. Olson (Toni) and Benjamin S. Richins (Sara); nieces and nephews: Paige Foland, Rachel Olson, William Olson, Owen Olson, Evan Olson and Benjamin Richins; cousins: Douglas W. Olson, Sara Ward, Shawn Davis and Shane Davis; uncle, Dave Gerdes; aunts: Carol Gerdes and Deborah Nastoff; and grandparents: Sharon and Walter "Gene" Gerdes; many other relatives and friends.
Andrew was a dedicated cook for the Brunch Club for nearly 20 years. He was a beloved brother, loving uncle and trusted friend. He enjoyed music and was always "trying" to play the guitar. Most of all, Andrew loved spending time with his brothers. "Chop It Up"
