Andrew Quin Pray, age 30, of Dallas, GA passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 21, 2012. He was born on November 26, 1981 in New Orleans, LA. Andrew was preceded in death by his fraternal grandfather Hubert Pray. Andrew was the Worship Pastor at West Ridge Church in metropolitan Atlanta, GA. He grew up in Springdale, AR, the son of a pastor. At an early age, he began following his father around in the ministry, going to music rehearsals and activities. He married his high school sweetheart, Courtney, and they have served faithfully in ministry together since. He was a loyal Christ follower, wonderful husband to Courtney, daddy to his three children, trusted friend and gifted Worship Pastor. Andrew positively impacted the lives of everyone he met. He was genuinely concerned about adding value to their life story. He loved the Church of Jesus. He adored his family, and his legacy of faith will be felt for generations to come. Survivors include his wife, Courtney Pray, of Dallas, GA; two sons, Noah and Carson Pray, both of Dallas, GA; a daughter, Halle Pray, of Dallas, GA; parents, Buster and Martha Pray, of Bentonville, AR; sister, Mandi, and her husband Josh Carson, of Ft. Smith, AR; maternal grandparents, Leland and Laurin Hume, of Jackson, MS; and fraternal grandmother, Dorothy Pray, of Jackson, MS. A memorial celebration will be held on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at West Ridge Church, Dallas, GA with Rev. Brian Bloye and Rev. Paul Richardson officiating. Visitation will be held at West Ridge Church, Dallas, GA on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 from 11:00 a.m. until 12 noon. A memorial celebration will also be held at Cross Church Pinnacle Hills, Rogers, AR on November 29, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. with Dr. Ronnie Floyd officiating. Visitation will be held at Cross Church Pinnacle Hills from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Andrew Pray Memorial Fund, c/o West Ridge Church, Dallas, GA (westridge.com).
