Survived by his Sister Carolyn Urquhart, Brother Charles Urquhart and Jain Thompson, Nephew Michael and Tonya Lupis and family, Niece Laura Lupis and family, His cousins and extended family, and so many devoted friends.
We will all miss you Andy and will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.

I remember gigs in Maine , Pig Roasts, Willards Wood, Westwood St/Philip Rd BB gun fights across the river. Our Truck driver " Slim Tucker" before he became that seafarin Dude. Veterans Park ,Bonga and Andy ,Kol out in Olsens chicken coops. What i learned from Andy: " If you make believe long enough, you can make anyone believe it" Loved ya Buddy!
