Drew! Meaghan and family, we are in awe of the strength of all of you through this season of your life. Drew handled everything with such grace - all the way to the end. He was a warrior. And Meaghan, you and the kids as well. We will miss his easy going nature, his hugs, his sense of humor. And his character, as a man and as a dad, he was an outstanding human being. We love you all so much and have had our moments reflecting on Drew. We´re just happy he is at peace. We love you all so much and Drew, you are so missed. Love the McRorie crew

Dear Meaghan, Steve, Patty, Brian and your entire family,
Amy and I send our deepest condolences to all of you on your unimaginable loss. It is impossible to believe that Andrew is no longer in this world. Most of my memories are from many years ago when Andrew and Brian were growing up as buddies with Nate and Jake on Ashmont Street, including one fabulous trip to climb Mt. Monadnock with all 4 boys where Andrew was always in the lead! I was also so happy to hear what a strong and beautiful man he grew into. I have followed his challenges with cancer through Steve, and we mourn his loss. May his memory be a blessing for all of you, your entire family, and everyone who knew and loved him.
Blessing to all,
Jonathan Klein and Amy Schottenfels

I´m so sorry to hear of this. Andrew was a great guy that was always pleasant to be around. I know he fought for a very long time to be with family for as long as possible.

Dear precious Soul Andrew, with sweet memory, smiling now in appreciation of your CREATIVE, ARTISTIC skills later arising in your home and gardens, I cherish one of your first creations; a sincere effort of freelance art you with the help of little brother Brian, you created a masterpiece on my maroon Volvo 4 Dr car and every panel of it, with 4penny nails and screws you found in the garage while your Mom and I chatted unaware on the front lawn!
Keep SHARING those potential INSPIRATIONAL creations for those connected to you, in the Clouds & Stars above! .

I will forever remember Andrew as my locker neighbour. Bad haircuts, blackheads, and braces (for both of us! ) and how awe-struck and a little bit envious I was of the love I saw blossom between him and Meaghab throughout high school.
I was just in Boston last week and thought about Andrew and his family often whilst visiting my family. I was at San Francisco airport on Monday evening, on transit back to Sydney, when I was stopped in my tracks by a song I heard playing in a restaurant. Andrew and I had danced to "That´s what friends are for" at the 8th grade dance and it was such a genuinely pure and heart filling moment I had shared with Andrew, and to this day the song always reminds me of him whenever I hear it. But that moment in particular seemed like the universe was reaching out. I cried a little at the airport, not exactly knowing why, but because I have been following his journey and knew that Andrew´s passing was imminent, I felt like I was visited to say goodbye in that moment.
To say Andrew was special is a gross understatement, but he lives on in so so many ways for countless number of people he touched throughout his life, through Meaghan and their gorgeous children. I pray for their grieving journey.
