Andy Self

Andy and I grew up next to each other in Yorktown. We had a great childhood full of outdoor adventures. My family
(Replogle´s) and (Self´s) played hard! We had a field behind our house where we spent a lot of time playing army, baseball and "pretend" camping adventures. Andy and I had a special tree where the branches hovered the ground and made a big open area under it. We would eat our van camp pork and beans out of the can and hunt for treasures. I collected a lot of cool rocks. I can´t even begin to think of how many hours we all spent riding our bikes in the neighborhood and to the village pantry, playing hide and seek, playing in the snow- building forts, snowmen and going sledding. When ever I talk about my awesome childhood memories, the Self´s are always part of my story.
