Angela P. Costello

 

Florence, SC

          Mrs. Angela P. Costello, formerly of Hunt’s Mill Road in Chesterfield, entered into rest on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at the age of 93. Funeral services will be 9:00 AM Friday, December 8, 2023 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church with burial to follow in the Old St. Davids’s Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 6:00 PM Thursday, December 7, 2023 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home.

 

          Mrs. Costello was born March 8, 1930 in Glendalough, Ireland a daughter of the late Andy and Elizabeth Smyth Nolan. Angela was a homemaker and her passion was caring for her children. Mrs. Costello enjoyed living the quiet country life where she would often work in her yard and her garden.  

 

          In addition to her parents, Mrs. Costello was also preceded in death by her husband, Brendan Costello.

 

          Survivors include her daughters, Dr. Fiona (Gerald) Nichols of Chesterfield, SC, Dr. Brenda (Dr. Paul) Grabb of Charlottsville, VA, Clare Costello of Florence, SC; grandsons, Dr. Declan Grabb of Chicago, IL, Gavin Grabb of Colorado Springs, CO; and sister, Georgina Huntley of Chesterfield, SC.   

 

          In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the McLeod Hospice House of Florence, SC, 1203 E Cheves St. Florence, SC 29506.
