Visitation for Angela Christine DeFilippis, 27, of Grand Prairie will be 2:00 P.M.- 4:00 P.M., Saturday, August 31, 2024, at Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home in Cleburne.
Angela passed away Saturday, August 24, 2024, in Grand Prairie. She made her grand entrance into the world on December 20, 1996, in Chicago, Illinois. Angela was extremely spiritual and had a passion for all kinds of music. She played piano and had a beautiful singing voice. She loved animals, especially cats and sloths. Angela was very into fitness and participated in body building competitions. She was fascinated with astrology and forensic science and loved to travel. Angela loved people with her whole heart and soul and always felt compelled to help people in times of crisis and struggle. Her silliness, sense of humor and kind heart will be missed by all who knew her. Her free spirit is now fully free.
Angela is survived by her mother, Molly Bishop and husband Tim; father, Joseph DeFilippis; siblings, Brynn Powers and Jeramie, David DeFilippis, Michael Bishop and Daniel Bishop; grandparents, Joseph William DeFilippis and wife Barbara and John Badon and wife Julianne; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends and her beloved cats, Hendrix and Marley.
Angela is preceded in death by Marian DeFilippis, Linder “Gene” Bishop and Beverly Bishop.
Please feel free to honor Angela’s memory by dressing casually, and wearing anything tie-dyed, colorful or your favorite band shirt.
