Billy Howard Morgan Jr.

Billy Howard Morgan Jr., 57, of Alma, Arkansas, passed away on February 22, 2026, in Ozark, Arkansas. He was born on September 11, 1968, in Grand Prairie, Texas, to Billy Howard Morgan and Sheila Kay Hill.

Billy was a devoted fan of the Florida Gators and rarely missed a chance to cheer them on. He had a deep appreciation for fellowship and faith. For nearly twenty years, he was an on-and-off member of Living Waters Church, where the congregation became like family to him. More recently, he attended The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Alma, where he was warmly welcomed and quickly found another church family whom he cherished dearly.

Those who knew Billy will remember him as a true character. He had a natural gift for humor and could make anyone laugh. He was kind, generous, and always willing to help someone in need. His sweet and loving nature touched many lives, and he treated friends and strangers alike with warmth and sincerity.

Billy is survived by his brother, Timmy Morgan of Chester, Arkansas. He is preceded in death by his sister, Angela Ducet.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on March 14, 2026, at Living Waters Church in Chester, Arkansas. Cremation is entrusted to Lewis Funeral Chapel.
