Angela Kay Leal, a beacon of love and resilience, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2024, in Fort Pierce, Florida. Born in England on January 22, 1963, Angela's life journey brought her to the sunny shores of Florida, where she spent her final moments surrounded by the warmth of her family.
Angela's early years were spent in the loving care of her parents, Eloise Owens and the late Alvin Owens. Her life was enriched by the bonds she shared with her siblings, Scott Owens and Pamela Skidmore, along with many extended family members and friends whom she loved dearly.
A dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Angela devoted herself to the service of others with an unwavering commitment. Her professional and personal life was marked by compassion and a genuine desire to help those in need. Angela exuded a rare and beautiful warmth that illuminated the lives of everyone she encountered. Her loving nature knew no bounds, and she lived her life with an unwavering commitment to spreading joy and lending a helping hand to those in need.
Angela's zest for life was evident in her wide array of interests. Whether it was moving mountains for her loved ones or facing life's battles with unshakeable strength and dignity, she approached every challenge with the heart of a lioness. Her laughter was infectious, her sense of adventure boundless, and her love for her family knew no limits. She was a woman whose spirit was as fierce as a tiger, and yet, she carried herself with a grace that inspired everyone she met. Her heart was pure gold, overflowing with love, compassion, and generosity. She possessed an extraordinary ability to make others feel valued, cherished, and loved, regardless of the circumstances.
Her greatest joy was her family, including her daughters Amanda Leal and Alexis Myers, son-in-law Andrew Myers, and Austin Dial. Angela's legacy lives on through her grandchildren Austin, Faith, Corbin, and Cameron, each of whom brought boundless joy and laughter into her life.
Angela's life was one of laughter and love. Those who knew her would describe her as a loving soul, a funny spirit who could light up any room, and an adventurous and spontaneous heart always ready to explore the beauty of the world. She was a woman who wore her scars with pride, using them as armor to protect not only herself but those she cherished. Her resilience and strength were matched only by her boundless capacity for love and compassion.
As we bid farewell to Angela Kay Leal, we remember a life beautifully lived and a woman dearly loved. Her memory will continue to be a guiding light to her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Angela's story is not one of sorrow, but of celebration-a celebration of the love she gave, the lives she touched, and the indomitable spirit that will forever be her be her leagacy.
With deepest sympathy and love,
Your Family

I first met Angie when I was 15 and she was dating my brother. We became fast friends that lasted through the years.
We were kindred spirts, always finding the good in any situation.
I will miss her presence, her beautiful smile and infectious laugh...
