Angela "Angie" M. Orobono
Age 84 • of West Chester, Pennsylvania

Peacefully passed away surrounded by her family on October 31, 2025.

Born in Chester, Pennsylvania, Angie attended Saint Anthony of Padua Grade School and Notre Dame High School in Moylan. Throughout her career, she worked as a Credit Coordinator for the Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union.

Angie loved water aerobics, reading, dancing, and spending time at the beach-especially the many summers she enjoyed in Wildwood while growing up. Above all, she cherished her family and found her greatest joy in cooking for them, spending time with her six grandchildren, and sharing lifelong friendships-many that spanned more than 70 years.

She was predeceased by her parents, George and Rose Amalfitano.

Angie is survived by her children, Joseph (Lisa) Orobono, Francis (Elizabeth) Orobono, and Michele (Anthony) Ruzzi; six grandchildren, Michael, Rosalie, Mary, Lily, Talia, and Anthony; siblings, Gene (Sue) Amalfitano, Pauline Amalfitano, and Maria Scully; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and beloved lifelong friends.

Visitation: Thursday, November 6th, after 10:30 AM
Location: Saints Simon and Jude Church, 8 Cavanaugh Ct., West Chester, PA 19382
Funeral Mass: Thursday, November 6th, at 11:30 AM at the church
Interment: Immaculate Heart of Mary Cemetery, Linwood, PA

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Agnes Day Room, 233 West Gay Street, West Chester, PA 19380.
