Angela E. Green St. Julien was born on September 3, 1947, in Galveston to Kermit and Dora Mouton Green. Angela entered eternal rest on October 15, 2025.

A proud graduate of the Class of 1965 from the historic Central High School in Galveston, Angela went on to become a two-time graduate of Texas Southern University, where she cultivated a love for learning that guided her throughout her life. Her professional career included many years of service with Union Carbide, the Houston Independent School District, and the La Marque Independent School District, where she inspired students and colleagues alike through her dedication, excellence, and compassion.

Angela was a woman of strong faith. She was a former dedicated member of Wesley Tabernacle United Methodist Church and later became a member of Silverlake Church in Pearland, Texas.

A devoted member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Beta Phi Omega Chapter, Angela exemplified the sorority's values of sisterhood and service. She was known for her gracious spirit, warm smile, and unwavering kindness.

Angela was preceded in death by her parents and beloved husband, Calvin St. Julien.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Crystal DeLaney; son-in-law, John DeLaney Jr.; grandson, Dillon DeLaney; sister-in-law, Faye Taylor; and a host of family members and friends who will forever remember her strength and beautiful spirit. Her life was a testament to faith, family, and love. Angela's beautiful legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
