Angelina Petreski

Angelina Petreski, 74 of Denville, N.J. sadly passed away on Friday, March 15, 2024.
Born in Ivanjevci, Macedonia, Angelina immigrated to the United States in 1972, settling first in the Bronx, N.Y., then Queens, N.Y., then Manhattan and finally spending the last 6 years of her life in Denville, N.J. and traveling around Macedonia. Angelina was a woman of incredible strength, resilience, and selflessness. She worked hard and always striving to provide for her family. She had a passion for dancing to all music especially traditional Macedonian dances. Above all, Angelina was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Her family was her everything, and she spent her life putting their needs before her own.
Angelina is predeceased by her parents, Donco and Sika and siblings, and survived by her husband of 55 years, Jonce Petreski; sons, Robert Petreski (Gordana) and Toni Petreski (Natasa); and grandchildren, Marija, Kristijan, Sofija, Angelina and Maksim.
Visitation will be on Sunday, March 17, 2024 from 6-9 p.m. at Shook's Cedar Grove Funeral Home, 486 Pompton Ave., Cedar Grove, N.J. Funeral Ceremony will be on Monday, March 18 at 10:00 a.m. at Sts. Kiril and Metodij Macedonian Orthodox Church, Cedar Grove. Kindly gather directly at the church. Interment will follow at E. Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton, N.J.
