Angeline Eaddy

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Ms. Angeline Eaddy, 55, of Florence, who transitioned on Friday, October 3, 2025.

Angeline "Pig" Eaddy, daughter of Winston Eaddy Sr. and Annie Ruth Stuckey Eaddy, was born on June 4, 1970, in Florence, South Carolina.
Angeline received her education through the Florence County Public School System. She attended Wilson High School for three years and completed her senior year at South Florence High School, graduating with the Class of 1986.
She was employed in the nursing field for many years, caring for others with compassion and dedication, and also worked diligently in the field of housekeeping. Angeline was a devoted caregiver to her partner, Sylvester Douglas, for many years until his passing.
Throughout her life, Angeline attended both Mt. Olive Holiness Church and Mt. Sinai Holiness Church.
She was preceded in death by her father, Winston Eaddy, Sr., and her aunt, Vivian Brown.
Those left to cherish her loving memory include her mother, Annie R. Eaddy; her brother, Winston Eaddy Jr., of the home; four sons, Douglas MacArthur, Quinton Eaddy, Jonathan Eaddy, and Derrick Eaddy; and one daughter, Lashawn Eaddy, all of whom were lovingly raised by others.
Angeline will also be fondly remembered by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Among them are special aunts Dr. Sylvia J. Rogers, who cared for her and assisted whenever needed, Wilhelmenia Allison, and Patricia Campbell; special cousins Judy Ann Eaddy and Yolanda Wilder; and a devoted friend, Wallace Brown.
